Your Brand – As industries grow more and more competitive, it’s important for small businesses to show the world how they are different from the rest – This is done by building your brand. This is more than just having a website, it is about utilising all forms of digital and social marketing… Consider this an extension of your brand that never sleeps!

ENDLESS Marketing Opportunities – You’ve got a new promotion and want to get it out there, what do you do? A) Use costly methods such as flyers, mail drops or purchase an ad in the newspaper OR B) Go to the internet and market online through email blasts, social media posts, etc. Option B is (in most cases) free and can quickly spread from 1, to 10, to 100, to 1000 or even 10,000 people in a matter of 24 hours.

Knowing your customer – Building client and customer relationships is a huge part of successful business. Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Email Marketing allow you to quickly locate your customers and engage with them on a deeper level.

Tracking – With the right programs (Facebook Insights, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) you can learn a lot about who’s reading what, who’s clicking were, what was or wasn’t successful, best times for sending/posting and even what your customers want to hear more off. How awesome is that?

Instead of beating people over the head with your cave man marketing tactics, online marketing will reap so many more benefits, and in most cases, save you some money as well.
