DECEMBER 2017 TEAM ADVOCATEMeet Cass Moulton
In an effort to showcase our amazing team members and allow you to get to know who we are, we are running a “Team Advocate of the month” to show you our bunch of people and celebrate their skills.
So here is our December Advocate….
Are you a morning person or a night owl?
I have always been a night owl. I LIVED for weekend sleep-ins. I sure was in for a rude awakening when I had my son, Eli. My body clock has now adjusted, and I love an early night & waking as the sun rises.
What’s your typical morning routine?
Being a working mum, I find it essential to wake up and get myself ready for the day before Eli wakes. I call it my “Hour of Power”. I focus on doing things that make me feel good- starting my day with positivity. Once Eli is awake, I can give him my full focus and attention. My day always feels less rushed and more focused if I haven’t had to rush at home.
What is something you wish you could do but can’t?
I long for the day I can get into a manual car and not stall upon taking off and reverse with confidence. No matter how often I practice it is something I am terrible at. But as they say – persistence is key!
Where do you usually go when you have time off?
My most frequent holiday destination is Brisbane. I am from Brisbane and moved to Mt Isa in 2008. My immediate family and most relatives live there. I try and go back as often as I can. While in Brissy, I spend most of my time with my grandparents. Oh, and a trip to the beach is always a must!
What was your dream job growing up?
When I was younger I wanted to be a Doctor and then a Nurse. I was obsessed with the show ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ and thought it would be the best job. Only when I had my first experience in the ER did I realise it wasn’t at all like the show.
What is your #INSPIRATION. what motivates you to show up at work and ROCK IT?
My #INSPIRATION comes from the people I work with and our valued clients. I am very fortunate to have landed a roll with Wardles when I graduated high school. So far, I have had a rewarding and positive career – something I am very grateful for. I couldn’t imagine finding and working with a better team anywhere else.
